Everything you need to know
- No. Your number and email address remain completely anonymous. Anyone who scans the code can contact you – but will never see your personal details. We use your data solely to forward messages to you automatically and in real time.
- No – email forwarding and the basic service are permanently included in the purchase price. If you want to be notified via WhatsApp, SMS, Threema or Telegram as well, you can optionally add that from €5.99 per year.
- Within seconds. As soon as someone scans your QR code, you receive a near real-time notification directly on your smartphone, wherever you are.
- No. You don't enter contact details at checkout – only during setup after delivery, conveniently from home. You choose which channel you want to use.
- Yes. The software automatically detects the browser language and is available in German and English. International phone numbers are supported.
- Yes. When setting up a second product, simply click 'Login' – all codes are then combined in one account, each with its own forwarding channel.
