Anonymous Calls: You can enable and disable this feature for any QR codes in your account at any time. Calls are certainly the most immediate way to be informed about issues or lost items. Just like with other channels, we keep you completely anonymous. For calls, this is achieved through an automatically generated conference call that keeps both parties anonymous.

Multiple Recipients per QR Code: This option can be especially useful for shared vehicles. You can assign multiple contact addresses to each QR code, ensuring that incoming messages are forwarded to all designated recipients.

Leave a Note: With this feature, you can add a custom note that is displayed immediately after scanning the QR code. This could be, for example, a message stating that you're only parked temporarily or offering a reward for a lost item.

Scan History: This feature gives you a complete overview of when and by whom your QR codes were scanned.

    1Do I need to provide a phone number or email address when ordering?
    No, you don’t have to. Registration begins with the first scan of the QR code on your purchased product. During the registration process, you can easily choose your preferred forwarding channel yourself.
    2Can I manage multiple products within one account?
    Yes, that’s possible. Once you start setting up your second product via scan, you can easily add it to your existing account instead of registering again. Simply click on "Login" after entering the activation code.
    3Do I need a separate subscription for each QR code/product?
    No, private users only need a single subscription. The subscription applies to your entire account and covers an unlimited number of activated QR codes.
    4Do I have to choose a subscription when making a purchase in the shop?
    No, the additional features in our optional subscriptions are only booked after purchasing and activating the physical products. You will be automatically prompted during activation. You don’t need to make this decision while shopping in our store.
    5How much does your solution cost? Are there any ongoing fees?
    If you purchase one of our products, message forwarding via email is already included. Our optional subscription packages: ✅ Basic – €0 per year: Receive unlimited messages via email & stay anonymous. ✅ Plus – €5.99 per year: Also receive messages via WhatsApp, SMS, Discord, Threema, and Telegram. ✅ Premium – €11.99 per year: Includes all Plus features + anonymous calls, scan history, temporary notes for finders, and multiple recipient addresses.
    6Can anyone see my phone number or email address?
    No, your phone number and email address remain completely private. They are never shared with the person contacting you—not even in encrypted form. Your personal data is used solely to forward messages to you in real time and automatically.
    7Does the solution work abroad?
    Yes. Our software also runs in English and automatically detects the user's preferred language based on their browser settings, switching between German and English accordingly. Additionally, non-German phone numbers can be used in the contact field.
    8Can each product be registered individually when purchasing multiple products?
    Yes, that’s possible! You can either add each product to your existing account and assign different recipients to each QR code. Alternatively, each QR code can be registered with a separate account—making multi-packs (e.g., 3-pack sets) perfect for gifting to friends or colleagues.
    9How long does it take to receive a notification?
    Messages are forwarded in real time and typically reach your smartphone within seconds.
